The Best Gluten Free Meatballs!!

These meatballs stay together so well! You will be surprised they are made venison. You can use any ground meat for this recipe.


  • 1 pound of lean meat

  • 1 cup of gluten free oats (blend the oats into a flour)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1tsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp pink salt

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tbsp of Slap Your Mama seasoning


  1. heat skillet to medium heat, spray with olive oil

  2. Blend all the ingredients with your hands

  3. form the meatballs to whatever size you'd like them

  4. Place in the skillet and brown for 5 minutes then using tongs flip them

  5. Add marinara

  6. Turn it down to low heat.

  7. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes - 2 hours. (the longer the better)
